Synopsis:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven senior leader to head our Partnerships & Alliances charter. This role requires proven experience in building high-value partnerships, defining GTM strategies, managing revenue accountability through partners, and leading cross-functional collaboration. You will be instrumental in expanding Hurix Digital’s market access via channel partners, resellers, EdTech platforms, publishers, and consulting alliances.
A Day In Your Life:
Partnership Strategy & Ecosystem Leadership
- Develop and execute a scalable partner strategy aligned with Hurix’s growth goals.
- Build partnerships with channel sales ecosystems, platform providers (LMS, SaaS), and industry consultants across geographies.
- Identify and cultivate EdTech alliances, value-added resellers (VARs), and strategic tech partners.
Revenue Growth through Channels
- Drive partner-led and partner-influenced revenue growth; own KPIs around pipeline and closures via alliances.
- Define co-sell strategies and joint value propositions to win in competitive markets.
- Manage sales forecasts, incentives, and performance of each strategic partner.
Market Intelligence & Strategic Insights
- Understand market dynamics in K12, Higher Ed, and Corporate Learning segments.
- Leverage emerging trends like AI in learning, interactive content, and digital publishing to guide partner GTM efforts.
- Benchmark against ServiceNow-style ecosystem selling and adapt to the EdTech space.
Cross-functional Leadership
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Delivery, and Legal teams to ensure end-to-end partner enablement.
- Orchestrate partner onboarding, training, and joint marketing programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize offerings for partner-driven deals.
Operational Excellence & Performance Management
- Establish partner governance models, MDF (Market Development Fund) utilization, and dashboards.
- Monitor and improve partner engagement using tools and CRM systems.
- Explore use of AI-driven tools like Hirezy.ai to improve outreach and channel visibility.
Skills In Spotlight:
- 10–15 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or channel sales, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, digital services, or consulting environments.
- Demonstrated ability to create and scale partner programs globally, including the US, UK, and APAC markets.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, ability to influence CXOs and align external partnerships with internal goals.
- Experience working with EdTech platforms, publishers, digital content, AI-driven learning tools is highly desirable.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and a hustler mindset—comfortable in a high-growth, startup-like culture.
