We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented sales professional to drive the end-to-end sales cycle for our EdTech services and solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our inside sales and outbound sales teams to generate, qualify, nurture, and convert leads into long-term clients. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and a process-driven mindset are essential for this role.
A Day in your life
● Drive the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closure—for assigned accounts and regions.
● Work closely with inside sales and outbound sales teams to align lead generation with revenue targets.
● Use Salesforce CRM extensively for pipeline management, lead tracking, and reporting.
● Qualify leads, understand customer needs, prepare customized proposals, and deliver compelling presentations.
● Maintain accurate sales forecasts and drive deal progression through systematic follow-ups.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Solutions, Delivery, and Marketing, to ensure client success.
● Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points to better position Hurix Digital.
● Contribute to refining the sales process, improving conversion rates, and increasing average deal size.
● Maintain documentation and reports for leadership visibility and performance reviews.
Skills in Spotlight
● MBA from tier 1 colleges.
● 2–8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in EdTech, eLearning, digital content, or SaaS domains .
● Proven success in managing the complete sales lifecycle in a target-driven environment.
● Experience working with Salesforce CRM is mandatory .
● Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
● Process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
● Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting and collaborate across time zones.
● Exposure to global markets (US, UK, APAC) will be an added advantage.
