Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and experienced React Lead Developer to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional web applications that captivate our users and fuel our mission of revolutionizing education.

What will your day look like:

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to translate project requirements into high-quality, user-friendly applications.
• Lead and mentor junior developers by providing guidance, coaching, and opportunities for growth, fostering a positive and collaborative learning environment
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code using [list relevant programming languages and frameworks].
• Design, develop, and implement complex features and functionalities.
• Conduct code reviews, identify and address potential issues, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in [relevant technologies] and share knowledge with the team.
• Lead and mentor junior developers by providing guidance, coaching, and opportunities for growth.
• Participate in technical discussions, identify and propose solutions to technical challenges.

We’re looking for someone with:

• 6+ years of experience as a lead developer or in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of the React framework and its principles and best practices.
• Experience in designing and developing complex software applications.
• Proven ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for crafting elegant solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring junior developers.
• Ability to manage workloads, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
