Position Overview:

We are seeking a Quality Control (QC) Specialist with over 1 year of experience in PDF accessibility, web
accessibility, and ePub formatting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accessibility
standards and best practices, ensuring that digital content is accessible to all users.

What will your day look like:

• Review and ensure that PDF documents comply with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG, PDF/UA).
• Test and validate web content for accessibility, ensuring it meets WCAG guidelines.
• Assess and ensure that ePub files are properly formatted and accessible across various devices.
• Identify and report issues related to accessibility, providing clear documentation for resolution.
• Work with developers and content creators to ensure accessibility standards are met throughout the content creation process.

We’re looking for someone with:

• 1+ years of experience in QC with a focus on accessibility (PDF, web, ePub).
• Strong knowledge of WCAG guidelines and accessibility best practices.
• Familiarity with tools for testing accessibility (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Pro, WAVE, AXE).
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
