Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented project coordinator to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with a passion for project management or operations and a willingness to learn and grow within our organization. What will your day look like:
Project planning and coordination:
- Assist in the development of project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are documented appropriately.
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
Resource Management:
- Identify and allocate resources effectively to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure resource availability and allocation.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and report on project risks and issues.
Communication:
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all projects adhere to the company’s quality standards.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure project quality.
Documentation and reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Report on project progress, issues, and successes.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, business administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
