Position Overview:

As a Manager/Sr. Manager of Pre-Sales at Hurix Systems, you will play a pivotal role in securing new business opportunities by demonstrating Hurix’s instructional design capabilities and crafting tailored solutions. You will engage with potential clients to understand their learning needs, develop and deliver impactful presentations, create compelling proposals, and manage client relationships. A creative mindset, a solution-first approach, and a proactive attitude are essential to drive Hurix’s growth and enhance our win rates

What will your day look like:

  • Develop and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients, showcasing Hurix’s innovative instructional design solutions.
  • Understand client needs and craft customized solutions that address both explicit and implicit requirements.
  • Create compelling, error-free proposals that effectively pitch Hurix as the preferred partner.
  • Maintain a well-organized repository of proposals, presentations, case studies, and success stories.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the marketing team to ensure alignment with Hurix’s brand messaging.
  • Regularly report on pre-sales performance metrics to executive leadership.
  • Embrace AI and other advanced technologies to enhance the pre-sales process and deliver innovative solutions to clients.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 7+ years of experience in pre-sales, instructional design (Enterprise Learning/Higher Ed), or related fields.
  • A proven track record of creating successful proposals and winning business deals is preferable.
  • Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions that captivate clients and address their needs effectively.
  • Focus on understanding client challenges and crafting tailored solutions that drive value and results.
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for meeting targets and delivering high-quality work.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative, anticipates client needs, and proactively addresses potential issues.
  • Embrace AI and other advanced technologies to enhance the pre-sales process and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to maintain an accessible repository of proposals, presentations, and case studies.
  • Team player who can work effectively with internal stakeholders, including the marketing team, to ensure alignment and success.
  • Strong focus on understanding and addressing client needs, building lasting relationships, and ensuring client delight
