Job Description – Associate Product Support

  • Provide application support.
  • To communicate with internal/external customers to enhance the understanding of customer problems, and verifies that an appropriate resolution has been applied.
  • Develop interfaces to load data into targeted database and extract data from flat files.
  • Created Tables, Constraints, Indexes, Triggers, Cursors, Ref Cursors, anonymous blocks, sequences etc.
  • Tune SQL queries using EXPLAIN PLAN, Hints and SQL*Plus Auto trace report for query optimization
  • Use Collections, Bulk Binding, Materialized Views, Packages and Dynamic SQL
  • Applied Tuning and Optimization, Normalization in the database design
  • Acknowledge client issues within SLA
  • Debugging issues and finding the root cause
  • Communication with client

Desired Profile

  • Should have experience in Product Support & Application Support.
  • Should have experience in SQL or any Database exposure.
