Market Research Analyst

Synopsis:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Market Research Analyst with at least 6 months
of experience in market research. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in analyzing
market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behaviors, particularly within the e-learning
sector. This role offers the opportunity to contribute valuable insights that drive strategic
decision-making, audience building, and business growth within the demand generation
function.

A Day in Your Life:

● Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes
within the e-learning industry.
● Gather and analyze data from a variety of sources, including surveys, databases, and online
platforms.
● Develop and maintain databases for tracking market trends, customer behavior, and
product performance.
● Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
● Support audience-building initiatives by identifying and segmenting key target groups for
marketing campaigns.
● Assist in demand generation efforts by providing research-backed insights on customer
acquisition and engagement strategies.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to align research
insights with product development, content strategies, and business planning.
● Monitor industry news, emerging trends, and competitor activities to provide insights and
recommendations.

Requirements:

● Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Market Research Analyst or similar role,
preferably in the e-learning or tech industry.
● Strong skills in data gathering, analysis, and database building.
● Experience with tools like Excel, Google Analytics, and market research software.
● Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
● Strong understanding of audience segmentation and customer behavior analysis.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting findings.
● Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
● A degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
