Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic project delivery manager to oversee the successful execution of high-impact projects within the organization. This role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of project management principles in the education technology domain. The delivery manager will be responsible for ensuring seamless project delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and alignment with organizational goals.

What will your day look like:

Strategic Planning & Project Governance:

• Develop and implement project delivery strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
• Establish frameworks, standards, and best practices for project delivery across the organization.
• Oversee resource allocation and ensure optimal utilization for multiple projects.

Project Execution & Delivery:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met.
• Manage complex, large-scale projects, including digital learning platforms, curriculum rollouts, and enterprise client solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, content, sales) to drive project success.
• Anticipate potential bottlenecks and devise strategies to mitigate risks proactively.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as the primary escalation point for project-related concerns from clients and internal teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional partners and clients.
• Ensure that all stakeholders are regularly updated on project progress, risks, and outcomes.

Team Leadership & Mentorship:

• Lead and manage a team of project managers, ensuring they have the support and guidance needed to excel.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the project delivery team.
• Provide regular feedback and identify opportunities for skill development and career growth.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project success.
• Analyze data to identify trends and insights, enabling continuous improvement in delivery processes.
• Present regular performance reports to the senior leadership team, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Risk Management & Compliance:

• Identify risks and dependencies, creating contingency plans to address them effectively.
• Ensure that all projects comply with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Bachelor’s degree in education, technology, business administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
• 10+ years of proven experience in project delivery, preferably within EdTech or technology-driven
• sectors.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
