Project Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven, organized, and detail-oriented project manager to oversee projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget while aligning with the company’s strategic goals. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

What will your day look like:

Project Planning & Execution:

1. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
2. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
3. Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.

Stakeholder Communication:

1. Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates.
2. Prepare and deliver reports on project progress, risks, and changes.
3. Ensure alignment between stakeholders and project teams.

Risk & Issue Management:

1. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
2. Address project issues promptly minimize impact.
3. Monitor and adjust plans as needed to ensure project success.

Quality Assurance:

1. Ensure projects meet quality standards and comply with company policies.
2. Conduct post-project evaluations and document lessons learned.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or IT.
• 7-10 years of experience in project management or a related role.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
