Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic program manager to lead and oversee the execution of educational programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our learning solutions, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of innovative, learner-centric outcomes. This role requires a strong understanding of the education technology landscape, project management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What will your day look like:

Program Strategy & Planning:

1. Develop and align program objectives with organizational goals and vision.
2. Design and structure programs that meet the needs of educators, learners, and institutions.
3. Define success metrics, KPIs, and monitoring frameworks for each program.

Execution & Delivery:

1. Lead end-to-end program lifecycle management, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
2. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of EdTech solutions and platforms.
3. Collaborate with product, curriculum, and technology teams to ensure seamless delivery.
4. Manage multiple programs simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines effectively.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

1. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
2. Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, partners, and key clients.
3. Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams for program promotion and success.

Team Leadership:

1. Lead and mentor program teams to foster collaboration, productivity, and innovation.
2. Ensure that all team members are aligned with program goals and timelines.
3. Resolve conflicts and provide regular feedback to enhance team performance.

Risk & Issue Management:

1. Identify potential risks and roadblocks, developing mitigation strategies proactively.
2. Monitor program progress and adjust plans to ensure timely delivery of goals.

Evaluation & Reporting:

1. Monitor program outcomes and assess impact using data-driven insights.
2. Create and present comprehensive reports on program performance and ROI.
3. Document lessons learned and recommend improvements for future programs.

We’re looking for someone with:

• 10+ years of experience in program management, preferably in the EdTech or education sector.
• Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet).
• Strong understanding of education technology trends, digital learning tools, and curriculum design.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage and influence cross-functional teams effectively.
• PMP, PMP, or Agile certifications are a plus.
