Position Overview:

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our web applications. You will work on a variety of projects, including developing new features, improving performance, and ensuring security.  You will also be responsible for mentoring junior developers and helping them grow their skills.

What will your day look like:

• Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code for our web applications.
• Collaborate with other developers, designers, and product managers to translate user requirements into functional web applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal application performance.
• Continuously improve the performance and security of our applications.
• Mentor junior developers in best practices and development techniques

We’re looking for someone with:

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development using React, Node.js, JavaScript, and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of React components, state management, and routing.
• Expertise in either Node.js (Express, etc.) for server-side development.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript, including ES6+ features and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Familiarity with RESTful API design principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.
