Position Overview:

We are seeking highly skilled and seasoned finance professionals to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have 8 to 18 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.

As an integral part of our finance department, he/she will oversee various aspects of financial management, including but not limited to books, taxes, budgeting, MIS reporting, and internal audit processes.

What will your day look like:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance and prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts.
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
• Manage the preparation of statutory financial statements and tax returns.
• Oversee the implementation of accounting software systems (e.g., Oracle Net Suite and Tally) and ensure they are operating effectively.
• Collaborate with external auditors and ensure successful audit results.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; CA/Inter CA/ICWA preferred.
• Proven experience as an Associate Director of Finance or similar role.
• 8 to 15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices.
• Experience with financial reporting and financial analysis.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Oracle Net Suite and Tally.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
